Quiet space in the centre of town, with its own swimming pool and lovely garden.
The room was a bit basic, and the bed was creaking.

The mattrass was excellent and as I have a back problem this was important to me. Especially after a long drive!! We also received excellent recommendations about where to eat.
It was absolutely what we were looking for

Loved my stay at this vintage and classy accommodation during my business trip. The warm welcome by the person in charge was the best aspect of my visit. The comfortable bed and private porch were the second-best features of this affordable accommodation. It's located near the town centre and has lovely grounds to walk about, admire the flora, and a well-done cactus garden to see.
The size of the rooms at this accommodation seemed to be a bit cramped for families, but the bunk beds in one of the rooms were a hit with the kids.

The owners were very welcoming & helpful, but most of all that it was scrupulously clean. I have stayed there before, and this was the main reason I chose to stay again. And I will return on my next business visit too.

The staff was very very friendly. It was a guest house, so there were large common rooms for us to hang out in if we so chose. It was a very convenient location, great quality for the price. Also, safe parking that is gated in :).

The room was clean and comfortable. the staff were friendly and accommodating. the location was convenient for exploring the town and nearby attractions.
The breakfast options were limited and overpriced. There were no festive decorations or holiday spirit during my Christmas stay, which was disappointing.

There is nothing we can complain about.

The room was clean and neat, equipped with everything.
Toilet could be renovated; door to bathroom should be put in place.

We had a wonderful stay here! The management was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The rooms were cleaned regularly, ensuring a comfortable and hygienic environment. The hotel's location was easily accessible to various tourist activities, making it convenient for us to explore the area. We also enjoyed the great facilities such as the comfortable beds, fabulous seating and braai area, and the spacious rooms. The owner went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, even providing amenities during load shedding. the service exceeded our expectations, and we were very impressed.
Recommended for everyone.

We were warmly welcomed and shown around on arrival - the room was well=equipped for an overnight stay, and most comfortable. The outdoor sitting areas and gardens were attractive and the place was very easy to find( well-signed on the streets nearby and the property itself, with good printed directions sent when we booked)
Our room was situated directly off the entrance lobby, which meant that many other guests had to walk past our door as they came in and out. Also, there were 2 cane chairs outside 'our' bedroom window on the verandah which were nice for us to use, but were then occupied by other guests after we had reclined for the evening, thus disturbing our sleep until they eventually went away.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
